Welcome to my FAQ page! Why are you here? Well I assume it’s because you have a question for me and you can’t be bothered sending an email! Fair enough! Here’s some questions I prepared earlier!

Should I hire an event planner or spend that money on alcohol?

Hiring an event planner may very well be the reason you get to sit down and actually enjoy drinking that alcohol. After spending all your spare time outside of work, the kids and friends there is still plenty to do even after the event is over! But it’s not really even about saving money! The main thing to remember is how much TIME you will save! Besides.... you check out my prices page (coming soon!) you’ll find it’s a lot more affordable than you imagined.

Why are you being so vague about what kind of events you offer?

I want them all! Planning events is my passion and There are so many I couldn’t possibly list them. . . Well I could but you’re not going to read them all so let’s just say I can do everything and we will leave it at that!


I just need a rough price so I can put you in my budget planning! Were is your price schedule?

Pricing events is so hard because there is so much involved in planning each kind of event like;

  • Conducting research
  • Creating an event design
  • Finding a site
  • Creating a budget and costs list
  • Arranging for food, decor and entertainment
  • Planning transportation to and from the event
  • Sending invitations to attendees
  • Arranging any necessary accommodations for attendees
  • Coordinating the activities of event personnel
  • Supervising at the site
  • Conducting evaluations of the event
And really it’s even more complicated than that. But don’t worry! I have all of the time in the world for you and we can arrange to meet any time to discuss pricing for the occasion you desire.


Which of your services are free? Am I getting good value with you?

Of course you are! Well you knew i would say that. As i mentioned before there is a lot involved in Event planning and unfortunately most of those things involve time and money. Value really is in the eye of the beholder. I can assure you that by the time your Occasion rolls around you will have forgotten you even asked this question.


What if the event turns out to be something completely different to what I wanted?

This is why we write down our plans! (or type them or deign a flow chart whichever makes you happiest) I am here for YOU, YOU are the host of the event, i am just doing all the dirty work! We will meet and meet again, schedule and reschedule, design and map out endlessly until you are 100% on board with all aspects of your event.
